I began my career in Sales, where I developed strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills, before transitioning into Business Analysis and Product Ownership. To support this transition, I earned certifications in IT Business Analysis and Project Management, and further developed skills in requirements elicitation, user story mapping, prototyping, and functional testing. I have applied this expertise in practical projects such as mobile applications, online booking systems, and game development, demonstrating a user-centered approach and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
